1.Warranty

Amouu provides a 1-year warranty on all products purchased directly from our official website. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal use. If you experience any problems within the warranty period, please contact us at care@amouu.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.

2. Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by improper use, external factors, or unauthorized modifications. Amouu is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from product misuse or accidents. The warranty will be void if the product is repaired, modified, or replaced without Amouu’s consent.

Exclusions include but are not limited to:

  1. Improper installation or failure to follow usage guidelines.
  2. Misuse, including drops, extreme temperatures, power surges, water exposure, or attachment of unauthorized accessories.
  3. Damage caused by third-party repairs or modifications.
  4. External damage from accidents, severe weather, or natural disasters.
  5. Lost or stolen products.
  6. Products that have exceeded the warranty period.
  7. Items purchased from unauthorized sellers. Warranty policies from authorized retailers may differ—please refer to the retailer for their specific policy.
3. Scope of Warranty

Amouu products are manufactured with high-quality materials and craftsmanship. We provide a 1-year warranty for all products purchased directly from our official website (www.amouu.com), covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage:

  1. Eligibility:
    • Valid only for purchases from www.amouu.com.
    • Requires proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  2. Covered Issues:
    • Manufacturing defects (e.g., material flaws, assembly errors).
    • Workmanship issues under normal use.
  3. Exclusions:
    • Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications (see Section 2).
    • Purchases from unauthorized sellers (contact retailer directly).

30-Day Return & Warranty Limitations:

  • Change of Mind: Returns for "change of mind" are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused, and resellable condition with all original packaging.

  • Return Costs: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties/VAT.

  • Post-30 Days: After the initial 30-day period, returns are only accepted for valid warranty claims covering manufacturing defects.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Amouu is not responsible for items returned without prior authorization (see Section 4 for the process).

4. Return Process
  1. Contact Amouu Support
    • Email care@amouu.com using the same email address registered for your purchase. Provide the following details:
      • Order Number
      • Registered Email
      • Product Name & Quantity
      • Reason for Return
      • Photos or Videos of the Product and Packaging
  2. Processing Time
    • Amouu will review your return request and respond within 1-2 business days after receiving your email.
  3. Shipping & Tracking
    • To ensure a smooth refund process, please send a return notification with the following details:
      • Courier Name
      • Tracking Number
5. Lost Package / Package Issues

Package Status: ‘In Transit’

  1. If your package has been in transit for 7-15 days, this may be standard, so we kindly ask for your patience or recommend contacting the carrier directly.
  2. If your package remains ‘in transit’ for more than 15 days (excluding special cases or remote locations), please contact us at care@amouu.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and follow up accordingly.

Damaged Package

  1. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us at care@amouu.com within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, claims made after this period cannot be accepted.
  2. You will need to provide photos or videos of both the external packaging and the damaged product for assessment.
  3. Amouu will respond within 1-2 business days to evaluate the case and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Lost Package

  1. If you suspect your package is lost, please contact us at care@amouu.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We regret that claims made beyond this period cannot be accepted.
  2. When reaching out, provide a detailed description of the situation.
  3. Amouu will assess the case within 1-2 business days and decide whether to reship the item or issue a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  1. Please verify the shipping address on your order.
  2. If an incorrect address was provided, Amouu is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to address errors.
6. Disclaimer
  1. Third-Party Fees
    • Amouu does not cover any third-party fees, including but not limited to installation fees, disassembly fees, shipping fees, customs fees, VAT, or any additional charges incurred during the return or replacement process.
  2. Liability Limitations
    • Amouu is not responsible for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, property damage, or loss of profits resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
  3. Unauthorized Returns
    • Amouu is not responsible for unauthorized returns. If a returned item does not meet the return criteria, an additional charge may apply for processing or replacement.
  4. Governing Law
    • This warranty is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country where the Amouu product was purchased. Additional consumer rights may vary depending on your country or region.
